Job Summary

As a Policy Advisor at the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) in Bonn, you will spearhead the development and management of a central exchange platform for the German economy. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve designing new processes for collaboration between companies, coordinating IT projects with internal and external experts, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or University Diploma in Computer Science, IT Security, Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related technical field. Alternatively, a Master's in Economics/Business Administration with proven IT and cybersecurity qualifications.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the conception and practical implementation of new processes and structures in developing environments
  • Extensive experience in IT project management, preferably within cloud environments
  • Practical experience in software development processes is highly advantageous
  • Proven experience handling regulatory, compliance, and IT security requirements
  • Experience in controlling external service providers including cost and performance monitoring
