Job Summary

This role is central to the energy transition in Bavaria, where you will ensure the secure operation of backbone and access transport networks (MPLS-TP, DWDM, and SDH systems) for a future-ready Smart Grid. As part of the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, your daily tasks involve the rapid detection, analysis, and resolution of network infrastructure faults, coordinating with internal and external service providers. You will play a key role in network expansions by implementing new devices into management systems and documenting service disruptions. The position is ideal for a solution-oriented professional who enjoys working in a team-centric environment and is willing to participate in technical 2nd-level on-call duties.
