Job Summary

As a Systems Engineer for Auxiliary Power Systems, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy supply for a regional network operator. Your daily responsibilities involve developing practical implementation concepts for AC/DC auxiliary systems, including batteries, chargers, boost converters, emergency power systems, and inverters. You will manage the entire project lifecycle—from initial concept to realization—for new construction, renewal, and maintenance projects within substations and medium-voltage switching stations. This role requires close coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure technical innovation and sustainable solutions. Beyond technical design, you will be responsible for quality management, safety compliance, and risk assessment during the planning phases. This position is ideal for those who enjoy taking system-level responsibility and acting as a technical representative in the field of energy technology, offering a collaborative environment with flexible 'home office' options and strong collective bargaining benefits.
