Job Summary
As an HCL Domino Software Engineer for the City of Stuttgart, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of Germany's sixth-largest city. Working within the Office for Digitization, Organization, and IT (DO.IT), you will be responsible for the entire application lifecycle of HCL Notes applications, including development, modernization, and ongoing maintenance. Required Skills
Education
University degree in IT (Computer Science or related field). For foreign degrees, formal recognition in Germany and certified translations are required.
Experience

- Proven experience in requirements analysis and managing complex, networked systems
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to operation
- Prior experience within municipal or public sector structures is advantageous
Languages
Additional
- Business fluent German (C1 level minimum) is mandatory. Applicants may also be civil servants in the higher information technology service. Must have a valid work permit or recognized equivalent qualifications for German public service.
