Job Summary
As a Laboratory Support Specialist for an international industrial leader in the Mainz-Bingen region, you will play a critical role in bridging laboratory operations with digital data management. Your daily responsibilities include qualifying and managing reference materials within LIMS, serving as a Key User for document management systems (GSpecS), and maintaining master data in SAP and HAL. You will also support the development and validation of complex LIMS systems and assist project laboratories in preparing regulatory submission reports (CTAA/MAA) in English. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in analytical chemistry and GMP environments who enjoy a mix of technical lab support and administrative data oversight. The position offers a highly attractive monthly salary of €5,053 plus performance bonuses, flexible working hours with a two-day home office option, and access to premium corporate benefits including an on-site gym and restaurant.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field; alternatively, a completed vocational training in a scientific field with several years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in an analytical laboratory and GMP environment
- Experience with IT systems such as SAP, GSpecS, and HAL
- Extensive experience in active ingredient synthesis and analytics
- Experience in managing reference materials and master data maintenance
- Background in validating complex LIMS systems and technical documentation

Additional
- Must be able to work on-site in the Mainz-Bingen district with a maximum of 2 days per week mobile work. Initial contract is limited until September 30, 2027, with an option for permanent takeover.
