As an IT Service Coordinator & Dispatcher based in Erfurt, you will play a vital role in ensuring the digital operational readiness of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Your daily responsibilities involve managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technician assignments, from initial qualitative assessment to the efficient scheduling and dispatching of onsite support. You will act as a central communication hub between customers, external contractors, and internal service technicians to ensure that hardware and telecommunications systems are installed, maintained, and repaired within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Systems Electronics Technician, IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination, preferably within the IT and telecommunications sector
  • Professional experience in technical order processing and service technician management
  • Experience working with ITIL-based processes and ticketing tools
  • Experience in quality management and documentation of network infrastructure is preferred
  • Prior knowledge of the specific organizational requirements of the Bundeswehr is an advantage
