As a Mobile Device Service Technician, you will provide essential on-site support for a major German automotive manufacturer in Wolfsburg. Your daily responsibilities include the initial setup and distribution of iPhones, iPads, and Android devices, as well as managing SIM cards and overall asset inventory. You will act as a primary point of contact for users through both a physical 'Mobility Shop' and a dedicated hotline, providing 2nd level support for software installations and troubleshooting. This role involves active ticket management and documentation within an international environment. This position is particularly attractive due to its flexible working hours, flat hierarchies, and the potential for permanent takeover after an initial period of personnel leasing.
