As an IT Field Service System Administrator, you will be the primary on-site technical contact for schools and business clients in the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region. Your daily responsibilities involve installing and configuring IT systems, performing regular maintenance, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues directly at client locations. You will be responsible for identifying and documenting incidents within a ticketing system while maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge bases. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience providing technical support for printers, peripherals, and network hardware
  • Proven experience working with incident management or ticketing systems
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation

Additional
