In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance at a leading European IT service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve executing onsite support tasks and participating in large-scale hardware rollouts. You will perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for various hardware including laptops, monitors, and printers, while ensuring network connectivity is properly established and maintained. Beyond hardware, you will be responsible for installing and configuring software, troubleshooting technical issues, and conducting functional tests to ensure user satisfaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in user support and technical helpdesk environments
  • Proven experience in the implementation and execution of IT rollouts
  • Practical knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
  • Basic experience in network connectivity, testing, and error correction
