Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist for a leading European IT service provider, you will be stationed at the client site of Bayer AG to manage critical technology infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include the analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of both standard and specialized hardware. You will be responsible for the maintenance of devices through updates and patches, as well as performing IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, De-installation) activities and release management. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to provide technical advice to various departments and coordinate with external manufacturers and suppliers. This position is particularly attractive due to its placement within a major DAX-listed corporate environment, offering flat hierarchies, modern workspaces, and a clear path toward permanent employment. Working a regulated 40-hour week, you will also handle technical documentation and risk management support, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a professional setting.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in hardware and software support, ideally including production equipment
  • Experience in performing IMAC-D activities and release management
  • Proven track record in technical documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Experience working with external manufacturers and suppliers for technical resolution
