Job Summary

As a Data Center IT Technician, you will be responsible for the critical physical infrastructure supporting high-level IT services for major clients like SAP. Your daily routine involves the assembly and disassembly of server racks, including the precise installation and removal of servers, storage systems, and network components. You will manage complex cabling tasks involving both copper and fiber optic (LWL) connections based on technical documentation. Beyond physical installation, you will perform hardware troubleshooting and manage support tickets, ensuring all activities are meticulously recorded in English-language documentation systems.
