Job Summary
As a Network Service Technician in Neckarsulm, you will be responsible for the hands-on maintenance and support of an industrial company's network infrastructure. Your daily activities will involve monitoring ticket queues, performing 'Break & Fix' tasks, and handling the physical installation or removal of network components. You will also manage network cabling, inventory, and documentation within customer-specific tools. This role operates on a three-shift system and includes participation in on-call rotations. The position is initially offered through temporary employment with a clear option for permanent takeover. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field or equivalent professional qualifications.
Experience
- Professional experience in network environments and structured workflows
- Experience working with ticket systems and Request for Service (RFS) processes
- Practical experience in hardware maintenance and network cabling
- Experience in documentation and inventory management within an IT context
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B/BE driver's license required. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and work in a 3-shift system is mandatory.
