Job Summary
As a Technical Support Engineer at ELOVADE Deutschland GmbH, you will serve as a vital link between the company and its specialized retail partners, providing high-quality first- and second-level support for infrastructure and security software. Your daily routine involves analyzing and resolving technical issues via email, phone, and remote maintenance, specifically focusing on Windows-based solutions like backups, mail servers, and RMM tools. Beyond troubleshooting, you will conduct software installations, host webinars, and create knowledge-base documentation to empower users. This role is unique for its blend of external partner consulting and internal IT administration support within a leading European value-added distributor. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker), a degree in Computer Science, or several years of equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical support or IT administration
- Practical experience working with Windows-based software solutions and network infrastructures
- Experience in managing Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or Exchange environments
- Proven track record in troubleshooting complex technical problems and providing customer-oriented solutions
