Job Summary
As a Technical Support Engineer at ELOVADE, you will provide critical first- and second-level technical support for a diverse portfolio of Windows-based infrastructure and security software. Your daily activities involve analyzing and resolving complex technical issues via email, phone, and remote maintenance, specifically focusing on backup solutions, mail servers, and IT security. You will act as a technical consultant for business partners, conduct software installations, and lead webinars. Beyond external support, you will contribute to internal IT network administration and translate technical knowledge-base articles. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker), a degree in Computer Science, or equivalent multi-year professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical support or IT administration
- Experience in managing Windows-based software solutions and network infrastructures
- Practical knowledge in specialized areas such as Active Directory, Backup, or Virtualization
- Experience in customer consulting and technical problem analysis
- Experience in conducting technical training or webinars
