As a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician specializing in Magnetic Particle (MP) testing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of steel castings at Pleissner Guss GmbH. Your daily responsibilities include preparing components, performing magnetization and demagnetization, and evaluating surfaces under defined visual conditions according to strict standards and instructions. You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and marking indications on parts while collaborating closely with quality, technical, and production teams to resolve any anomalies. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in a technical field or relevant experience in metal processing
  • Experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) or quality assurance is advantageous
  • Experience in collaborating with internal departments and external customers/inspectors
  • Willingness to undergo training for DIN EN ISO 9712 and DIN EN 1369 Level 1 or 2 certifications
