Materials Tester | Werkstoffprüfer (m/w/d)

Job Summary

As a Materials Tester at Pleissner Guss GmbH, you will be responsible for the mechanical and technological testing of cast parts to ensure they meet strict national, international, and customer-specific standards. Your daily activities will include conducting hardness, strength, and toughness tests, performing spectral analysis to determine alloy compositions, and creating metallographic structural samples. You will play a critical role in quality assurance by documenting results, managing inspection plans (ITP), and marking components for traceability. A unique aspect of this role involves representing the company during inspections conducted alongside customers and external certification bodies.
