Your daily responsibilities include handling support tasks for Windows clients, Android devices, and network/telecommunications infrastructure. You will independently process IT support tickets, manage incidents within the client's management system, and provide 2nd level support in production-related environments. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Practical experience with Windows environments and standard office applications
  • Experience working with structured ticket and Request for Service (RFS) systems
  • Experience in 2nd level support, specifically within production-adjacent environments
  • Proven experience in professional customer communication and technical documentation
