As an Industrial IT Support Technician, you will provide critical Second Level Support for a renowned industrial company in Stade. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve handling incoming customer inquiries via a ticketing system and managing individual project assignments. You will perform onsite support for Windows clients and iOS devices, while also maintaining network and telecommunications infrastructure. A unique aspect of this role is the specialized focus on industrial systems, including time recording hardware and Windows-based POS/cash systems. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support, preferably in a 2nd level capacity
  • Practical experience with Windows-based cash systems and monetary evaluation systems
  • Experience in the configuration and maintenance of hardware for time recording systems
  • Background in providing onsite support for diverse end-user devices and network technology
