Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will provide hands-on technical assistance at an automotive manufacturing site in Braunschweig. Your daily responsibilities include setting up and configuring Windows hardware, supporting users directly at a service point, and managing hardware repairs for desktops, laptops, and tablets under warranty. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of end-user devices, from initial installation and software deployment to troubleshooting via a professional ticketing system. This role is particularly attractive due to its stable working hours, modern environment, and the strong potential for permanent takeover following an initial temporary placement. You will work within a collaborative team supporting both production and development environments, ensuring that critical hardware like MDE devices and BDE displays remain operational.
