Job Summary

This role involves providing hands-on technical support at a dedicated 'Techbar' or service desk in Fürth. As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users, handling the configuration and troubleshooting of iPhones and iPads, as well as managing the full lifecycle of workplace hardware. Your daily responsibilities include executing IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) processes, setting up PCs, notebooks, and monitors, and resolving hardware malfunctions through Break & Fix services. You will also provide remote support when necessary and manage tickets within an ITSM system. This position is ideal for a customer-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of physical hardware handling and software troubleshooting.
