Job Summary

As an SAP Ariba Support Specialist, you will join an internationally active technology group in Erlangen to manage service tickets and incidents specifically within the SAP Ariba Guided Buying environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing direct user support for navigation and basic technical queries, ensuring all issues are handled within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
