Job Summary
This role involves the design, component selection, and dimensioning of complex embedded systems for an international technology group in Berlin. As a Hardware Developer, you will be responsible for creating circuit diagrams that comply with standards and EMC requirements, working closely with layout design, construction, and quality management teams. Your day-to-day will include conducting commissioning, functional, and integration tests, as well as documenting development stages from specification to technical delivery conditions. You will collaborate with software development teams to support hardware type testing and production launches. This position is particularly attractive due to its blend of new technology prototyping and product maintenance within a Lean/PLM process environment. The role offers a long-term perspective at a renowned corporation with above-tariff compensation and potential for permanent takeover.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in hardware/electronics circuit development and PCB design
- Expert knowledge in circuit design using CAD software and simulation tools
- Extensive experience in EMC-compliant design within industrial environments
- Proven experience as a project member or sub-project lead in development and Total Cost projects
- Professional experience working within international development teams
- Experience in commissioning, functional, integration, and EMC testing
