Job Summary

As an IT Compliance Manager at Roche in Penzberg, you will serve as a central anchor point for ensuring patient safety and maintaining high quality standards within a dynamic pharmaceutical and diagnostic production environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the entire lifecycle of computer systems to ensure they remain GMP, security, and legally compliant. This includes handling deviations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensuring data integrity across laboratory, IT, and automation systems. You will play a critical role in quality risk management by creating risk analyses and preparing for audits and inspections. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Natural Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a Technician qualification with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or diagnostic industry
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance for computer systems (GMP Support)
  • Proven experience with GMP, GAMP, and CSV standards
  • Experience in creating risk analyses and managing GMP-relevant documentation
  • Experience in preparing and accompanying audits and inspections
