Job Summary

This role involves joining one of three prestigious PhD programs at the Hannover Biomedical Research School (HBRS) starting in October 2026. Candidates will engage in high-level research within the fields of Infection Biology, Molecular Medicine, or Regenerative Sciences. Day-to-day activities include conducting individual research projects, participating in program-specific seminars, and completing an individualized curriculum that features lab and soft-skill courses. The position is unique for its interdisciplinary approach, bridging the gap between basic science and clinical application, particularly in areas like organ regeneration (heart, lung, liver, blood) and host-pathogen interactions. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Natural Sciences, or Materials Science.

Experience
