Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Architecture and Requirements Management within the Shelter Systems division, you will provide both disciplinary and technical leadership to a high-performing team. Your daily responsibilities involve shaping the technological foundation of mobile IT infrastructure for national and multinational deployments. You will act as a strategic advisor to business unit management regarding resource planning, personnel development, and cost management. Beyond leadership, you will monitor project progress, manage customer relationships at the management level, and drive innovation in process and product ideas.
