Job Summary

As an R&D Engineer in the CustomBiotech division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of biotechnological solutions for global healthcare companies. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and executing complex biochemical analyses using chemical, enzymatic, and immunological methods. You will focus on biopharmaceutical analytics, specifically working with automated detection systems for fermentation processes (Cedex instrumentation). Beyond laboratory work, you will manage feasibility studies, stability tests, and recipe optimizations while supporting product care activities and troubleshooting manufacturing issues alongside an international team. This position is unique because it offers a blend of hands-on laboratory expertise and professional growth in project management and organizational leadership within a world-leading diagnostics environment.
