As an IT Process Manager, you will lead and contribute to automation projects focused on action control, electronic case files, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Your daily responsibilities involve implementing and optimizing customer-oriented business processes, serving as a technical interface between external service providers and internal departments. You will be responsible for the technical execution of projects, including process testing and the introduction of new software systems. A significant portion of the role involves documenting end-to-end system landscapes and modeling processes to visualize throughput times. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Information Technology, or vocational training as a Social Insurance Specialist combined with advanced studies in Health Insurance, or a comparable educational background.

Experience

  • Professional experience in process survey and documentation for technical workflows
  • Experience in the workflows and specific software of statutory health insurance providers
  • Experience in describing and visualizing complex technical facts
  • Experience in leading or contributing to process automation projects
