This role at Roche Diagnostics in Mannheim involves the end-to-end development and optimization of compounding and coating processes for disposable medical products. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, a qualification as a certified Technician (Techniker).

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Chemical Development Engineer or Technician
  • Extensive experience in process and product development for both batch and continuous web (roll-to-roll) processes
  • Proven background in formulation development and process scaling
  • Experience in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and special-purpose machinery
  • Experience in coordinating technical work packages and interface management
