Job Summary
As a Technical Lead for Assay Development at Roche Diagnostics in Penzberg, you will spearhead complex technical development activities within global, cross-functional R&D projects. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree or PhD in Biochemistry, Biology, Molecular Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
Experience
- 5-7 years of professional experience in developing diagnostic solutions for candidates with a Master's degree
- Professional experience in technical leadership within matrix organizations
- Extensive experience in assay development or the development of In-vitro Diagnostic (IVD) solutions
- Proven track record in the technical supervision and mentoring of employees
- Experience in managing dependencies and aligning cross-functional teams
- Experience in R&D result interpretation and presentation to technical committees
