As a Laboratory Technician in Product Development at Roche Mannheim, you will play a critical role in the technical advancement of diagnostic test systems. You will be responsible for creating test plans, standard operating procedures, and detailed result reports, including statistical evaluations. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant, Chemical Technician, or a comparable technical/scientific qualification; a university degree is possible but not required.

Experience

  • Professional experience in system development within the chemical industry
  • Experience in the development of diagnostic measurement systems in the Point of Care (PoC) sector
  • Experience in system and assay performance evaluation for diagnostic systems
  • Experience with optical measurement methods and devices is preferred
  • Experience in developing immunochemistry systems for PoC is highly desirable
