Job Summary

As a Scientist specializing in Bio-Polymer Analysis at Roche Diagnostics in Penzberg, you will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team focused on developing mass spectrometry-based methods for protein analysis. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing (U)HPLC-MS/MS workflows, preparing samples from complex matrices like human body fluids, and validating test methods for quality control labs. You will also maintain analytical instrumentation, lead small project teams, and coordinate work packages across various stakeholders. Required Skills

Experience

  • Professional experience in instrumental analytical procedures gained during Master and PhD studies
  • PhD degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology
  • Proven experience in (U)HPLC-MS and computational data analysis tools
  • Experience in transferring manual sample preparation workflows to automated solutions is considered an advantage
