As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of IT support requests, including Break/Fix (B/F), Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), and Hardware/Equipment (H+E) tickets. Your daily activities will include implementing individual project assignments and providing technical solutions for Windows clients, printers, networks, and telecommunications systems. You will act as a 2nd level support specialist, ensuring customer satisfaction through direct onsite interaction.
