Job Summary

This role involves the independent planning, execution, and documentation of sophisticated analytical procedures within the Research and Early Development (RED) department at Roche. You will be responsible for performing HPLC and ESI-Mass Spectrometry (ESI-MS) analyses, including sample and reagent preparation. A significant portion of the role focuses on the optimization and development of new methods, as well as the validation and transfer of these methods to other departments. You will evaluate results using specialized software, create SOPs and reports, and present findings in professional meetings. Additionally, you will handle the commissioning, qualification, and maintenance of chromatography systems and mass spectrometers.
