Job Summary
This full-time role at the Mülheim an der Ruhr Job Center focuses on ensuring the integrity and accuracy of critical social service data. As a Data Quality Administrator, you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring, maintenance, and correction of data within specialized software systems (KDN_LMG and KDN_FMG). Your daily tasks involve identifying inconsistencies, documenting errors, and collaborating with IT coordination to implement corrective measures. You will also play a key role in reporting, developing performance indicators, and optimizing internal processes to ensure legally compliant notifications and reliable statistical reporting. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Laws, Administrative Management, Public Management, Business Administration (with IT focus), Business Informatics, or completion of Administrative Course II (VL II). Equivalents include Diplom-Finanzwirt, Diplom-Rechtspfleger, or First State Examination in Law.
Experience
- Professional experience in using specialized administrative software KDN_LMG and KDN_FMG
- Proven experience in creating reports and statistics
- Experience in analytical data processing and systematic workflow management
- Experience in public administration or a related legal/financial field is required
- Desirable: Knowledge of Federal Employment Agency (BA) error logs

Additional
- Must have the qualification for the second entry level of the higher non-technical administrative service in Germany. Foreign degrees must be officially recognized by the relevant German authorities (translation alone is insufficient).
