Job Summary

As a Device Management Engineer, you will play a critical role in the deployment and maintenance of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include commissioning IIoT components both remotely and on-site, performing firmware updates, and managing software rollouts. You will be the primary technical resource for diagnosing connectivity and network issues, ensuring seamless communication between gateways and platforms. Beyond technical maintenance, you will act as a mentor and trainer, onboarding new users to remote access platforms and educating Field Service Engineers on best practices.
