As the Team Lead Payroll, you will take on a central role in managing payroll operations for approximately 5,100 employees. This position combines disciplinary and technical leadership of an eight-person team with active participation in payroll processing. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring legally compliant and timely payroll runs, handling complex accounting cases, and continuously developing and harmonizing payroll processes. You will collaborate closely with adjacent HR departments such as Time Management and Personnel Support.
