Job Summary

As the Payroll Team Lead, you will take on a central role in steering payroll operations while providing both disciplinary and functional leadership to a team of eight employees. This position balances strategic management with hands-on operational tasks, including the independent processing of payroll cases for approximately 5,100 employees. You will ensure that all payroll activities are legally compliant and completed on schedule. Beyond daily operations, you will be responsible for the continuous development and optimization of payroll processes and will collaborate closely with adjacent HR departments such as Time Management and Personnel Support.
