In this role, you will provide critical 1st-level IT support for specialized pension service applications and manage the maintenance and development of custom MS Access databases. Your daily tasks involve planning internal events and video conferences, documenting projects in Confluence, and managing tasks via Jira. You will act as a central point of contact for the Self-Governance Office, assisting with digitalization initiatives and the expansion of the ALLRIS meeting management system. This position is unique because it combines technical database programming with project coordination and high-level user support within a major public social security institution. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor, Diploma-FH, or equivalent) in Computer Science; OR completed vocational training in IT with initial professional experience; OR commercial/administrative vocational training with additional IT certification and several years of experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or database administration
  • Solid experience in VBA and VB.NET or comparable programming languages
  • Proven experience in customer service or IT hotline environments
  • Experience in project documentation and task management using Jira and Confluence
  • Several years of task-relevant professional experience if applying with a commercial/administrative background
