Required Skills

Experience
- Completed vocational training in the IT field
- Professional experience in customer support and service-oriented environments
- Practical experience in user support and server/client rollouts is preferred
- Experience in documenting and analyzing support requests and escalating to 3rd level support
- Experience in coordinating with external service providers and suppliers
