Job Summary
As a DATEV Cloud IT Consultant, you will lead tax firms through critical digital transformations, moving them from legacy systems to cloud environments. This is a project-focused role where you move beyond simple ticket handling to take full ownership of the migration lifecycle. Your daily activities involve analyzing existing IT infrastructures, designing user rights and permission structures, and ensuring a stable transition to cloud-based workstations. A significant part of the role includes training end-users and developing standardized documentation and checklists to improve team efficiency. What makes this position unique is the high degree of autonomy within a self-organized team structure, where 30% of your time is dedicated to internal development and standardization. You will be a key driver in making cloud technology practical and sustainable for professional service firms in Southern Germany.

- Proven experience in cloud, rights management, and structural IT topics
- Experience in project-based work with client-facing responsibilities
- Experience with DATEV software or the tax consultancy sector is preferred but not mandatory
