Job Summary

As a Portfolio Execution Manager for Sweet and Dry Beverages at Symrise, you will play a pivotal role in managing the product portfolio lifecycle for a global leader in fragrances and flavors. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve executing portfolio activities aligned with strategic priorities, maintaining accurate product data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure portfolio relevance. You will actively participate in customer tastings, support proactive portfolio initiatives, and identify opportunities for complexity reduction. This position is unique for its blend of commercial strategy and hands-on product interaction, requiring you to bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and market-driven portfolio management. Working in an international environment, you will support promotional campaigns and ensure that sales materials are accurate and complete. This is a full-time position based in Holzminden, offered on an 18-month fixed-term contract, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a world-leading chemical and food ingredients company.
