Job Summary

As a Portfolio Execution Manager for Sweet and Dry Beverages at Symrise, you will play a critical role in managing the product lifecycle of a world-class flavor and ingredient portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve executing portfolio strategies, maintaining accurate product data, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure market competitiveness. You will actively participate in customer tastings, support proactive portfolio initiatives, and identify opportunities for complexity reduction. Required Skills

Education

Vocational training or University degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a commercial/business administration field.

Experience

Professional experience in the food and flavor industry, specifically with flavors, ingredients, or application areas
Proven experience in portfolio or product lifecycle management
Experience managing projects within cross-functional environments
Demonstrated experience in data management and digital project coordination tools
