Job Summary

As a Portfolio Execution Manager for Sweet and Dry Beverages, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the product portfolio lifecycle for a global leader in fragrances and flavors. Your daily activities will involve executing portfolio strategies, maintaining high-quality flavor and ingredient data, and participating in customer-facing product tastings to support sales initiatives. You will act as a critical link between strategic portfolio teams and request coordinators, ensuring that product data—from new entries to status changes—is accurate and documented. A key part of the role involves identifying opportunities for complexity reduction and reviewing promotional materials for technical accuracy. This 18-month fixed-term position offers a unique opportunity to work in a cross-functional, international environment where you can apply both technical food science knowledge and business acumen to drive commercial success in the beverage category.

Required Skills

Education

Vocational training or University degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a commercial/business administration field.

Experience

Professional experience in the food and flavor industry, specifically with flavors, ingredients, or applications
Proven experience in portfolio or product lifecycle management
Professional experience in project management within cross-functional environments
Demonstrated experience in digital data management and project coordination tools
