Job Summary
This is a leadership role within the Hanseatic City of Anklam, responsible for steering the Department of City Marketing, Education, and Culture. You will oversee a diverse portfolio including city management, tourism promotion, public relations, and the management of subordinate institutions such as primary and regional schools, museums, and libraries. Day-to-day, you will lead a team of 5 direct reports and coordinate 16 employees across various facilities. Your responsibilities include strategic conceptual development, budget planning, fundraising through grants and sponsorships, and representing the city's interests to political committees and the press. Required Skills
Education
