Job Summary
As the Team Lead for Electrical Engineering in Salzburg, you will spearhead the design and development of complex electrical systems for advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Your daily responsibilities involve managing a team of engineers, driving standardization and modularization efforts, and overseeing the creation of functional specifications for electro-mechanical systems and power distribution components. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional design teams to develop custom components and perform hands-on testing and validation in the lab. This role is unique for its direct impact on high-volume production products and the opportunity to mentor junior staff while shaping the future of electrical architecture. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or 6+ years with a Master's degree
- Proven leadership experience managing and guiding engineering teams
- Extensive hands-on experience in electric machinery, equipment engineering, and electrical cabinet design
- Demonstrated expertise in signal and controls theory and system automation
- Professional experience in the semiconductor industry or related fields (industrial, automotive, military)

- Location: Salzburg, Austria. Position is on-site flex. Must be able to work in a high-volume production environment and perform hands-on lab validation.
