Job Summary
As a Railway Track Maintenance Trainer for DB InfraGO AG, you will be responsible for the professional qualification and further education of maintenance staff specializing in track and switch systems. Based in Zwickau with activities in Leipzig or Halle, your daily routine involves conducting practical training sessions on internal and external facilities using innovative pedagogical methods. You will play a key role in developing training concepts and materials to ensure long-term knowledge retention within the maintenance teams. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Track Mechanic (Fahrbahnmechaniker) or a Master's qualification in Track Construction/Maintenance (Meister Fahrbahn/Gleisbau IHK).
Experience
- Professional experience in the maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of railway tracks
- Experience as a Track Mechanic or Master Craftsperson in Track Construction (IHK)
- Previous experience in training or possession of an Instructor Aptitude Certification (AdA) is preferred
- Experience in developing training programs and documentation
