Job Summary

This dual-responsibility role involves managing the operational stability and strategic expansion of the Document Management System (DMS) for a district administration office. On a day-to-day basis, you will handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of enaio® DMS components, ensuring high availability through proactive troubleshooting and incident management. Beyond administration, you will lead technical projects to implement new digital structures and interfaces across the entire administration. This position is particularly attractive due to its blend of technical hands-on work and high-level project management, offering a permanent contract with public service benefits (TVöD), flexible working hours, and home office options. You will act as a key liaison between internal departments and external vendors, shaping the digital infrastructure of the local government.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, or qualified IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) with relevant experience, or equivalent professional background in IT administration.

Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience for candidates with a vocational IT background
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative IT environments for candidates without a formal degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Project Management
  • Professional experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining DMS components
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management
