Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role within the Office for Building Construction and Properties focuses on managing complex public procurement processes and handling comprehensive property administration. Day-to-day responsibilities in procurement involve steering and executing national and Europe-wide tenders, processing procurement appeals, and administering the electronic tendering portal. In property management, the specialist will negotiate, draft, and terminate rental agreements, act as the primary contact for tenants and landlords, and manage utility cost statements. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Public Management (Bachelor of Arts or equivalent) or a certified administrative specialist qualification, coupled with relevant professional experience. Knowledge of German public procurement regulations (VOB, VOL, VgV, GWB, HOAI) is highly beneficial.
