Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues in a dynamic Microsoft and Citrix-based environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve independently managing 1st and 2nd level support requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure operating systems, and provide essential training to employees both remotely and on-site. Beyond troubleshooting, you will play a key role in documenting support tickets and contributing to exciting IT projects across the corporate group. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving and clear communication. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Management Assistant, or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in hardware, software, and network support
  • Experience in handling common support tools and ticketing systems
  • Proven track record in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues
  • Experience in installing and configuring operating systems and drivers
  • Experience in a Microsoft and Citrix-based professional environment
