As an Order Manager in the Building Technology division, you will be responsible for the commercial monitoring and control of operations within a leading family-owned facility management group. Your day-to-day activities involve preparing monthly and annual financial statements, overseeing budgets in coordination with management, and calculating price adjustments. You will play a vital role in operational support, including contract compliance monitoring, maintenance plan tracking, and procurement of supplies and services. Beyond financial tasks, you will support HR processes such as recruitment and payroll preparation, while acting as a key point of contact for client concerns and audits. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a commercial field (Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung).

Experience

  • Professional experience in commercial project management or order management
  • Experience in financial controlling, accounting, or budget oversight
  • Proven experience in customer service and stakeholder communication
